Do all your pianos come with a warranty or just the new ones?
Every piano we sell, new or used, comes with either a warranty or one year complete customer satisfaction exchange program.
How do you safely deliver my piano to me?
We use only professional insured piano movers who will set up and position your piano in your home wherever you like. When they leave, it’s ready to play.
How does your 100% lifetime trade-up policy work?
Anyone who buys a piano from Piano Gallery is entitled to apply the purchase price of that piano towards ANY piano we sell double the purchase price FOR LIFE. There is NO LIMIT to the number of times you may trade-up. The piano must be well maintained, tunings twice a year and in good condition.
How should I care for my piano?
Please see Piano Care Guide for all of your questions or concerns for caring for your piano. Or you may call us and we can answer any of your questions.
Do you buy used pianos?
Yes we do. Depending on make, model and condition. We offer a generous consignment program to help you market the sale of your piano.
How often should my piano be tuned?
Twice a year or every six months. A good rule of thumb is when you turn on the heat in the winter, and when you turn it off in spring, you’re about 2 weeks away from needing a tuning.
How soon after delivery should my piano be tuned?
A piano should be allowed 6-8 weeks to re-settle and acclimate to its new surroundings before re-tuning. At Piano Gallery, every piano comes with on FREE in-home tuning (valid for 6 months after delivery) which will be done by a local Registered Piano Technician (RPT) in your area. WE suggest scheduling your first tuning approximately 3 months after delivery, or sooner depending on your musical needs.
