History: Dwight Hamilton Baldwin was the founder of Baldwin Piano and Organ Company, one of the largest makers in the USA. Established in 1862. After 140 years, the company was sold to Gibson Guitar Corporation. All present manufacturing occurs in China at the Dongbei factory and marketed through North American Music.
